Recipients and Subjects Authorized for treatment
In addition to employees and collaborators of Autotrasporti B. & B. Enterprise Srl with a sole shareholder, the processing of personal data may also be carried out by third parties, to whom the company entrusts certain activities (or part of them) related to or instrumental in carrying out the processing or providing the requested services. In this eventuality, the same entities will operate as independent owners or will be appointed as Managers who carry out tasks of a technical and organizational nature for the site on behalf of the Owner.

Please remember that it is good practice for the security of your data to perform the appropriate checks on your device, so that it is equipped with tools such as periodically updated antivirus and that the Internet Service Provider that provides you with the Internet connection guarantees the secure transmission of data through firewalls, anti-spamming filters and/or further similar guarantees.
Rights of the data subject
The data subject, in relation to the personal data covered by this information, has the right to exercise the rights provided for in the EU Regulation below:
- Right of access of the interested party [art. 15 of the EU Regulation] (the possibility of being informed about the processing carried out on one’s Personal Data and possibly receiving a copy of it);
- Right to rectification of one’s Personal Data [art. 16 of the EU Regulation] (the data subject has the right to rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning him or her);
- Right to the deletion of one’s Personal Data without unjustified delay (“right to be forgotten”) [art. 17 of the EU Regulation] (the data subject has, as he or she will have, the right to the deletion of his or her data);
- Right to limit the processing of one’s Personal Data in the cases provided for by Article 18 of the EU Regulation, including in the case of unlawful processing or challenge to the accuracy of Personal Data by the data subject [Article 18 of the EU Regulation];
- Right to data portability [Article 20 of the EU Regulation], the interested party may request their Personal Data in a structured format in order to transmit it to another holder, in the cases provided for in the same article;
- Right to object to the processing of one’s Personal Data [Article 21 of the EU Regulation] (the data subject has, as he or she will have, the right to object to the processing of his or her personal data);
- Right not to be subjected to automated decision-making processes, [Article 22 of the EU Regulation] (the interested party has, as he will have, the right not to be subjected to a decision based solely on automated processing).

The controller, in compliance with Article 19 of the EU Regulation, shall inform the recipients to whom the personal data have been communicated, of any corrections, cancellations or limitations of the processing requested, where this is possible.
With reference to the purposes indicated above, the interested party has the right to proceed, at any time, with the revocation of consent to the processing of identifying and personal data by sending an email to amministrazione@pec.bbenterprise.it. Pursuant to Article 7 of the EU Regulation, revocation of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent given before the revocation has taken place.
Right to lodge a complaint
